If you are currently fighting hayfever, or muddling your way through menus in an attempt at not aggravating your IBS, then you might find some relief at the Allergy & Free-From Show.

Europe’s largest event for people who are living with allergies and intolerances is coming to the UK. Supported by the Allergy UK, Coeliac UK and the National Eczema Society, it offers expert advice and lots of helpful ways to make dealing with common conditions a little easier. Visiting London this weekend and Liverpool on 26-27 October, it is open to adults and children and will include:

Try & Buy – shop for thousands of ‘free from’ products from more than 200 exhibitors

Spotlight Sessions – new at this year’s show, shining a light on food allergies, hayfever and IBS

Learning Zone – seminars from leading UK experts

1-2-1 Consultations – receive advice and information from specialists

Just for Kids – lots of fun for children with food allergies with Allergy Adventures

The Sainsbury’s Kitchen – inspirational ‘free from’ cooking classes

Sainsbury’s Recipe Exchange – swap recipes and tasty food ideas
