Tip no. 1: Identify when you procrastinate

Tip no. 2: Make a to do list

Tip no. 3: Challenge your own myths. For example: 'I can only write if my desk is tidy' – they're self-defeating

Tip no. 4: Set realistic goals ie Not: 'Marry Prince Harry'

Tip no. 5: Identify if you are a procrastinator or if you are just afraid to say no to things, such as people asking you for help

Tip no. 6: Get more sleep it gives you the energy to do the things you want to do

Tip no.7: Give yourself a treat or reward when you finish a task, which helps to add positive energy
