Makes approximately 12
½ cup cashews
3 tbsp ground flaxseed
3 tbsp dark tahini
2 tbsp organic spirulina (try Organic Burst)
¼ cup dessicated coconut
1 tbsp coconut oil
3 tbsp raw cacao powder
Generous pinch Himalayan salt
1. Place all the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until well-combined and you have a dough-like texture. Add a tiny amount of water if you need to bind the mixture a little more.
2. Remove from the machine and roll into 1-inch diameter balls. They will keep in the fridge for up to one week.
