About Lorna Cheetham (ACC)
I am Lorna Cheetham, founder of Wayfinder Coaching and an ICF ACC certified coach.
I offer 1-2-1 and group coaching to individuals and organisations
whether you experience imposter syndrome or low self esteem, if you need support transitioning into a new role or are embarking on a career change or your are returning to the workplace, I can help support you to realise your full potential.
I take great pride in creating a safe and non judgmental space for people to explore where they are in their lives, what they would like to be different, what gets in their way and what they could do to achieve their potential.
I will work with people to increase their self awareness and what holds them back, how they can empower themselves to take steps towards their goals and create a more fulfilled, content and happier version of themselves.
I have over 22 years experience in the corporate sector, having worked in digital media, account management and more recently in senior operations roles as part of an SLT. I am a mum of two young children, a lover of the outdoors, particularly running and sailing, and a people person who enjoys making a difference.
ACC Certified Coach, Member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Mental Health First Aider, BSc (Hons) Psychology, Studying towards PG Certificate in Business and Personal Coaching.
