Serves six to eight people as a starter
Two 400g cans of chickpeas (reserve the liquid and a few chickpeas for decoration)
Four tsp of tahini
Two garlic cloves, crushed
One tsp crushed sea salt
Six tbsp of macadamia nut oil (plus extra for drizzling)
Three and a half tbsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice
Coriander or parsley leaves (optional)
So simple, yet so effective: simply pop everything into a blender and blitz!
